Providing a premium experience for a disruptive e-health service around alternative practices.

When Romain DAUMONT, founder and CEO, decides to launch with Ludotech, he already has strong convictions about the potential of the service he wishes to develop. Indeed, he has already tested the principle with a landing page targeting his market: the US. Another characteristic is that Romain does not have a CTO, but he does not want that to be a prerequisite for launching, and he wants to move quickly because he knows that this is a strong condition for success. Finally, Romain has previously worked with an outsourcing agency in Vietnam but wants more proximity with the teams for this project.

Luminara is also the story of a collaboration with Marta, a freelance Head of Product from the Mozza collective recruited by Romain. Her role is essential to facilitate the work of the development teams by leading the “discovery” part of the project. This results in a significantly higher level of quality in production.
